Hiring Digital Talents

Hiring digital top talents in Indonesia, especially for technical roles like Software Engineer (SWE), Data Engineer (DE), Data Scientist (DS) and AI Engineer (AIE) is difficult task. Many companies facing kind of talent war, where the winner usually defined by bigger compensation offered. It is hard for enterprises to compete with startups who burn money for faster growth. “Buying” strategy is not always the best solution for current condition in Kalbe and enterprises in general. Instead, we defined our top talent criteria and provide programmatic engine to hire and nurture top talents from fresh graduates.

Main Criteria of Top Talents:
  • FCP Learner (Fundamental, Conceptual, Practical)
  • Problem Solver (Algorithm and Mathematic)
  • Attitude and Professionalism
  • Commitment (3 Year Service in Kalbe at Minimum)
  • Communication (Good in Verbal/Written)
  • Collaboration (Spirit of Team Work)
  • Open Mind (Curiosity to Learn, Excitement in Complexity)

In Kalbe CDT, instead of buying and facing the common talent war, we consciously decide to build and develop our talents in Kalbe Digital University (KDU). We believe that Indonesian students have good learning capability, hence we provide KDU to support self-learning before join Kalbe group. Below documents are standard SWE and AIE guidances for students to prepare their learning journey in KDU.
