Edwin Simjaya
Head of ai & software center
Edwin Simjaya is an AI expert and currently serves as the Head of AI & Software Center. With over 15 years of experience in software engineering and notable achievements in the field, Edwin has established himself as a professional in AI. 

Notably, he led the CDT's team for implementation of AI, Software, Digital Twin use cases across manufacturing sites. Additionally, Edwin manages Kalbe Digital University content and implementation and has delivered key projects for internal Kalbe.
Miftahul Tirta Irawan
IOT & DIGITAL TWIN ENGINEER
Tirta, as a Digital Twin Architect and AIoRT Engineer, plays a pivotal role in the Corporate Digital Technology (CDT) department at Kalbe Group. Specializing in IoT solutions, he integrates IoT devices and communication protocols to drive the company's digital transformation. Tirta is responsible for crafting scalable device libraries and backend microservices, support in developing machine learning models to enhance data-driven solutions, and building digital twins to optimize operation efficiency. His work with cross-functional teams has supported CDT in digital healthcare initiatives and contributed to the development of commercial SaaS and PaaS. In this workshop, he will share his expertise in Digital Twin.
Fadinda Shafira
AI Engineer
Fadinda, an AI Engineer at Kalbe Group, brings deep expertise in applying AI/ML to the manufacturing sector. She has led comprehensive training sessions and developed tailored courses on AI/ML as part of the Manufacturing 4.0 initiative, supporting digital transformation across Kalbe’s Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Her contributions include advising on key use cases such as demand forecasting, temperature and vibration prediction, and implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency. She has also played a key role in projects like the Digital Twin for a spray dryer system and predictive maintenance across manufacturing sites.
Raphael Nazareth
IOT & DIGITAL TWIN ENGINEER INTERN
Raphael Nazareth, as a Digital Twin & IoT Intern, contributes to the Corporate Digital Technology (CDT) department at Kalbe Group. Under the mentorship of Miftahul Tirta Irawan, Raphael assists in integrating IoT devices and communication protocols to support the company’s digital transformation. He also works on integrating various IoT devices, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange. Additionally, Raphael is expanding his knowledge of digital twin technology to help develop simulations that improve product design and development. Through this internship, he is gaining hands-on experience in digital transformation, IoT integration, and simulation modeling, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
Bernardus Ignasio
AI Engineer intern
Ignas is an AI Engineer Intern at Corporate Digital Technology, with a strong interest in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing. In his role, he focuses on data exploration and solution development to optimize manufacturing machines, including experimenting with scalable deployment strategies for models using tabular data. He actively bridges knowledge gaps by educating non-AI colleagues on core machine learning principles and AI prompting techniques to foster cross-functional collaboration

Currently serves as a Product Management intern at Kalbe Farma, he focuses on product documentation, user requirements, and process improvement. Kenji is a Product Management Intern at Corporate Digital Technology, majoring in Information Systems. He has developed strong expertise in leveraging technology to bridge the gap between business and technology. With a focus on business process integration and ERP systems, Kenji is currently leading manufacturing-related projects for implementation across various Kalbe sites. His interests include exploring emerging technologies, such as Digital Twin, to improve decision-making and optimization in industries ranging from manufacturing to healthcare.
Andrew Jonathan
AI Engineer intern
Andrew Jonathan is an AI Engineer with expertise in developing artificial intelligence models, machine learning, and data-driven solutions. He specializes in designing and implementing AI models to enhance operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, and process automation in the manufacturing sector. In addition, he also provides guidance on Digital Twin applications, helping teams understand and implement the Discrete Element Method (DEM) for simulating granular materials and complex systems.
